Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use havec.ai or the Havec AI platform, a product of Etechflow LLC. By using Havec you agree to them.

The service

Havec AI helps home service businesses such as HVAC, plumbing and electrical contractors answer calls, follow up with leads, book appointments and manage customer communication with AI and automation. Specific features, pricing and setup are agreed with each customer.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything done under your account. The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.

Acceptable use

You may use Havec only for lawful business purposes. You must follow all laws that apply to you, including telemarketing, call recording, text messaging and data protection laws, and you must have permission to contact the people you call or message through Havec. You must not use Havec to send spam or to harass anyone.

Your data

You own the data you put into Havec. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Payment

Fees and billing terms are set out in your order or proposal. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.

Third-party services

Havec connects with services such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger), Google, Vapi, Twilio and Cal.com. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.

Availability

We work to keep Havec available and reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be free of interruptions or errors.

Limitation of liability

Havec is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of Havec.

Ending the service

You can stop using Havec at any time under the terms of your agreement. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
